If you wish to contact a partner seller following an order placed without creating a customer account, please follow these steps:
 

1. Click on the return link available in the order confirmation email.
2. Then, click on "Create a new request" in the "Contact the seller" section.
3. You will be redirected to a contact form. Write your request in the designated box and attach a file if necessary.
4. Click "Send."
5. You can then check this section to view the seller's response.
