When you place an order, you have the option to create an account or to place your order “as a guest” (without creating an account).

In the case of an order “as a guest”, all you have to do is confirm your selection and add the information necessary for your order:

• Your first name and surname
• Your email address
• Your telephone number
• Your delivery and billing addresses

If you already have an account:

1. Sign in to your client account on www.printemps.com. For our Qatarian customers, please click here.
2. Select the article(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your basket
3. Click on "Confirm your order"
4. Choose your delivery option and click "Confirm”.
   For our Qatarian customers, the only option is Click & collect.
5. Select the means of payment you wish to use to pay for your order and then click on "Confirm payment”.
