A quality check is conducted before the shipment of each order. If your parcel is incomplete and if the delivery slip mentions the article(s) as missing, that means that the article could not be sent due to a quality issue.
Two alternatives are possible:
- You may receive the article(s) in several days
- We will proceed to a reimbursement for the article(s) in 72 working hours.
In both cases, you will receive an email informing you about the issue with your order.
