In order to make your return, we invite you to follow these steps :
- If you have a customer account:
- Log in to your customer account on the www.Printemps.com website.
- In the "MY PURCHASES AND RETURNS" section, click on "Make a return/exchange".
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return as well as the refund method (re-credit on your payment method or purchase voucher).
- Print your return form and insert it in your return package. For a return from the United Kingdom, the shipping label and customs forms will be emailed to you by our partner Glopal within the few next hours.
- Drop off your package at the post office.
Upon receipt of your package, we proceed with the refund within 48 to 72 business hours to the selected payment method.
- If you placed your order as a Guest:
- On your confirmation order email, you will find a link allowing you to make your return.
- Click on this link.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- If you are making a return, select the reason for the return and how you would like to be refunded (refund to your original payment method or as a purchase voucher).
- Print your return form and insert it in your return package. For a return from the United Kingdom, the shipping label and customs forms will be emailed to you by our partner Glopal within the few next hours.
- Drop off your package at the post office.
Upon receipt of your package, we proceed with the refund within 48 to 72 business hours to the selected payment method
