The items must be new, unworn and in their original packaging,
The tag with the price, barcode and the name of the product must be returned with the item. The label must be intact and in identical condition to when you received it.
Articles that have been worn, damaged or are incomplete, used or dirty will not be able to be returned or reimbursed.
Bags and accessories
Items must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging and with their certificates of authenticity and brand tags intact.
Shoes
Shoes must not be worn other than to be tried on. The soles must be smooth and in perfect condition, without lines indicating wear.
The shoebox must be in perfect condition and may not be used as a shipping box. The shoeboxes may not sealed with adhesive tape nor written on.
Lingerie and swimwear
We thank you for trying on undergarments and swimsuit bottoms over your own undergarments and for not removing the protective sticker.
Beauty products
Beauty products absolutely must be returned in their original, sealed packaging with their protective plastic and cover intact. The items may not have been used and must be in mint condition, unopened, not used, not damaged, not dirtied, not tested. To return a beauty product, make sure to replace it in the original parcel, which was subject to numerous conclusive tests. This conditioning resists all possible shocks, falls and mishandling during the shipping process. If, however after opening the parcel cannot be used to return the items, we invite you to please find an appropriate box for shipping and to carefully wrap the items to be returned in order to ensure their protection during transport.
