Two options :

1) You placed your order as a Guest

1. On your order confirmation email, you will find link allowing you to make your return.
2. Click on this link.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.​
4. If you are making a return, select the reason of the return and the way you wish to be refunded (refund of your original means of payment or purchase voucher).
5. Select the return option of your choice.​
6. Print your form, attach it to your return package and stick the shipping label on your package.
7. Drop of the package to the nearest post office or Click and Collect.​
   Note : Click & collect only for Qatarian customers.
8. Your return will be processed within 48 to 72 hours upon receipt in our warehouse.

2) Return time has expired 

If you can’t generate your return form, that means that more than 30 days have passed since the date on which you received your order or that you placed your order as a guest.
