You have 30 days to return your order from the date of receipt of your package. A return fee of €15/£15 will be deducted from your refund for all countries except France.

Returns take 3 to 4 days from a post office.

Once we receive your package, it will be processed and/or refunded within 48 to 72 hours of its receipt.

For returns from Qatar, returns are only free if they are made via Click & Collect.

Special case:

For partner products (marketplace), the return policy is defined by the seller. You can find all the necessary information on their Seller page. We ask our Partner Sellers to include the necessary documents and information for a potential return directly in the package. If this is not the case, you must contact the Seller to find out the procedure to follow (via your Order Tracking).
