Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt of your order.

Under these terms and conditions, returns are free of charge from the United Kingdom, France, Benelux countries and Germany. Outside of these terms and conditions, shipping costs are at your own expense.

For returns from other international countries, an amount of €/£12 will be deducted from your refund.
