To proceed with an exchange:
Log in to your customer account on the website www.printemps.com
In the "MY PURCHASES AND RETURNS" section, click on "Make a return / exchange".
Select the item you wish to exchange or return, as well as the product you would like in exchange. Only a size or color exchange is possible. If you received a defective product, you may request the same product in exchange.
Select the reason for the return and the refund method (re-credit to your original payment method or store credit). If the product is no longer available upon receipt, the refund will be issued using the selected method.
Print your return form and place it inside your return package, then attach the carrier label to the outside of your parcel.
Drop off your parcel at a partner retailer, at a post office, or at the Click & Collect desk of your Printemps store. Please note that a return dropped off at a post office reaches us faster than one dropped off with a partner retailer.
Upon receipt of your parcel, we will process the exchange within the limits of available stock at the time of receipt.
Please note:
– Upon receipt of your parcel, we will process the requested exchange within 48 to 72 business hours, subject to stock availability at the time of receipt. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
– If the desired size is available at the same price, we recommend requesting a refund for the initial order and placing a new order for the desired product without waiting for your return to be processed.
