You can track your parcel’s progress only if you used the shipping label available when you generated your return form.
To do so:
- Sign into your customer account
- Click on MY PURCHASES AND RETURNS then "Track a return/exchange" and then on the tracking link.
The time period for return processing is about 48 – 72 hours on average.
The status of a return is marked "waiting for reception" even once it’s received in our warehouses. The status will change to "received" once it has been treated by our return services department.
If you placed your order as a guest, you can track the status of your return from the shipper’s website with the tracking number on your return form. You will receive an email once the reimbursement is processed.
