If you paid with a purchase voucher, and then made a return, you will be reimbursed with a new voucher. It will be sent via email once your return is processed.

It is issued in the form of a code with letters and numbers and is valid for 6 months. The purchase voucher is divisible and may be used in multiple transactions.
