A period of 15 working days between the treatment of our services and the reimbursement issued to your SOFINCO account is necessary.
However, if the order is returned in the first 15 days, that constitutes a debit-credit in the same billing period and the operation is transparent, so you will be neither debited nor credited.
Furthermore, SOFINCO is the only service that has visibility on your account and the ability to communicate information for reasons of legality and confidentiality.
