A period of ten business days between the treatment of the return by our services and the reimbursement issued by Sofinco to your bank account is necessary.
However, a reimbursement is only issued if Sofinco already has withdrawn more money than you’d get back. Otherwise, the withdrawals are readjusted but no reimbursement is made.
Furthermore, SOFINCO is the only service that has visibility on your financing and the ability to communicate information for reasons of legality and confidentiality.
