The return is issued 48 – 72 hours after the treatment of your return parcel by our services.

Nevertheless, the time period can be longer if the return requires an additional check. In this case, the delay is 15 days maximum from the date we received your return.

As a reminder, if your card works on deferred debit, the reimbursement will as well.
