For Printemps Haussmann and Printemps Nation:

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 9am are delivered the same day for Click & Collect, or the next day for orders placed after 9am.
• Orders placed on Friday after 9am or on the weekend will be available for pickup Monday afternoon.

For Printemps Haussmann, you can pick up your orders on the 4th floor of Printemps Mode.

For all other Printemps stores in France, the delivery time for Click & Collect is 24 hours.

• All orders placed before 2pm are delivered the next day.
• All orders placed after 2pm are delivered in within the following 48 hours.
• Orders placed on Friday after 2pm are available for pickup Tuesday morning.

For Printemps Doha store (Qatar), the delivery delay for Click & Collect is between 4/5 business days.

In all cases, you will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup at Click & Collect.
