1. Log in
Sign in to your customer account on www.printemps.com.
2. Check your orders
In the “MY PURCHASES AND RETURNS” section, click “My purchases” to view the status of your order.
It is normal for tracking information to be unavailable during the first 24 hours, as the parcel must first be processed by a sorting center.
3. Tracking after processing
After this period, you can track your parcel directly on the website of the carrier you selected when placing your order.
4. Shipping notifications
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, with the tracking number and link for your parcel.
If you chose delivery via Chronopost, the carrier will also contact you by SMS.
Note : For Qatarian customers, only click & collect delivery is available.
