Why?
Our partner ColisExpat is breaking down borders and giving you a delivery address in Europe or the US from which parcels can go anywhere in the world. The delivery of all orders placed online is now possible.
Note : Colis Expat delivery option is not available for our Qatarian customers
How?
If you are already a member of ColisExpat - 2 options:
- If you have not yet saved an address in your address book: After validating your order, enter your postal address and select “Other – with ColisExpat” as your country then enter your ColisExpat account number* in the dedicated space.
- If your international address is already saved in your address book: This means that you have already selected “Other – with ColisExpat“ as your delivery country and have already entered your ColisExpat customer number. All you have to do is select the right delivery address on the Delivery page.
If you are not yet a ColisExpat member, we invite you to sign up directly on their site.
Colis Expat takes care of the customs processing of your order(s). Customs dues may be applied in the country of delivery. The responsibility of Printemps.com stops at the delivery of the order to the ColisExpat warehouse in France.
*This reference number corresponds to your delivery address and is essential for ensuring the correct delivery of your parcel
