We invite you to verify that the gift card you wish to use is indeed a Printemps e-gift card (received via email or printed on paper, in the form of an 8-character code mixing numbers and letters, i.e. DF56THV9) and not a physical card (in blue). Gift cards are not available for our Qatarian customers. 

Only Printemps e-gift cards are usable for your online purchases on our printemps.com site.
