Upon receiving your Club Printemps Visa card, activation is quick and easy:
Reply YES to the SMS you will receive in the days following delivery,
or
Log in to your personal account on sofinco.fr to activate your card online.
Getting your Club Printemps Visa Card
To apply for your Club Printemps Visa card, visit your EPS (Espace Printemps Service) with:
- Your ID
- Your bank details (RIB)
- Your smartphone
Our advisors will assist you in creating your application with Sofinco.
Once your application is approved, Sofinco will send your card directly to your home, like any credit card.
You will be notified by email once your card is approved and dispatched.
Delivery time is approximately 15 days.
Your confidential PIN will be sent a few days later by separate mail.
Your Club Printemps membership card
The Club Printemps card is now 100% digital.
It is available directly on your phone via the link in your “My Account” space on printemps.com.
No physical card is sent.
Your status anniversary date
Your status anniversary date corresponds to the date you joined Club Printemps.
It is automatically updated each time your status changes.
Evolution of your status within Club Printemps
Your status evolves based on your total spending over the last 12 months:
- in Printemps stores in France,
- on printemps.com,
- and on placedestendances.com.
Each status offers exclusive benefits and experiences.
How to upgrade?
With each purchase, you can reach a higher status if your spending over the last 12 months exceeds the required threshold.
The new status is valid for 12 months.
If your spending decreases, your status will adjust accordingly based on your last 12 months’ purchases.
The status change becomes effective the day after the purchase that qualifies you.
