Using Your Club Printemps Wallet

You can use your Club Printemps Wallet to pay for up to 50% of the total amount of your purchases, with no minimum required.
This option is available:

• In-store, directly at the checkout when paying.

• Online, on printemps.com before confirming your order, by entering the amount you wish to use.

Important:
The Wallet cannot be used for marketplace products or services (such as gift cards, beauty treatments, etc.).

Example:
You have €33.60 in your Wallet and wish to make a €100 purchase.
→ You can use your €33.60 and pay the remaining €66.40 with another payment method.

Crediting Your Wallet

Your Club Printemps Wallet can be credited in several ways:

1. With each purchase

Starting from your second visit, you earn at least 3% of the net amount of your purchases* (excluding marketplace items).
The amount is credited to your Wallet within 72 hours.

2. Club Printemps Days

During your Club Day, a percentage of your purchases (depending on your status: 12% or 15%) is credited in euros to your Wallet within 72 hours.
Each euro earned is valid for 6 months.

3. Promotional offers and deferred discounts

Throughout the year, some special offers allow you to earn additional euros in your Wallet through deferred discounts.

Wallet Validity

• Each amount credited is valid for 6 months from the date it is added.

• With each new credit, the validity of your entire Wallet balance is extended by 6 months, up to a maximum of 18 months from the date of your first credit.
