From the moment your order is confirmed:

It is no longer possible to request a change to the delivery address or modify the contents of your order (item reference – size – color).
To ensure express service for our customers, any order placed before 2 p.m. is prepared and shipped the same day (excluding weekends).

From the moment your order status is "In preparation":

Unfortunately, it can no longer be cancelled, as this means it is being processed and/or has already been shipped. You will need to return your order once received (go to the "Returns, Exchanges & Refunds" section).
