A quality check is carried out before each order is shipped.
If your parcel is incomplete and the delivery note mentions an item as missing, it means that the item could not be shipped due to a quality issue.
Two situations are possible and will be communicated to you by email:
The later shipment of the missing item.
If the item(s) cannot be delivered, we will issue a refund for your item(s) within 72 business hours.
