Follow the return procedure. To ensure our logistics team is informed, please make sure to select the return reason "Damaged item."
Choose your preferred shipping method to receive a prepaid label for sending the return.
Please note: shipping costs will not be reimbursed after the item has been sent.Upon receipt of your package, we will process the refund or exchange of your item if you have chosen an exchange, subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
