How to Place an Order with the Printemps Click & Collect Service
1. Log in
Sign in to your customer account on www.printemps.com.
2. Make your selection
Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
Once you’ve finished shopping, click “My Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout.”
3. Choose your delivery method
When selecting your delivery option, choose “Within 24/72h – Click & Collect Printemps Store” under the “Pick-up point” section.
Next, select the Printemps store of your choice, click “Choose a pick-up point,” then “Confirm my delivery.”
4. Complete your order
Proceed to payment and click “Confirm and pay.”
This delivery option is not available for orders containing a partner product (Marketplace).
Order Confirmation and Collection
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been validated.
A second email containing your pickup code will be sent as soon as your order is ready at the selected Click & Collect store.
To collect your order, please go to the Click & Collect counter in the store with:
your ID, and
the pickup code received by email.
Important:
The parcel can only be collected by the person who placed the order, upon presentation of a valid ID and the verification code.
No authorization or proxy will be accepted.

Other Printemps stores: 48 to 72 hours (business days)
